Tobias Rehberger’s early work “Short Time. Short Work 1966–1991” is a confusing group of 18 sculptures and the biography of a fictitious artist which is archived in the library stacks. The theme is the myth of the artistic genius. Rehberger’s concept art is a diametrical contrast to the art of the Romantic artistic genius.
