Online catalogue

German: Online-Katalog

Catalogue data for publications held by a library which can be accessed through the internet. Detailed searches can be made using the search mask, and it is also possible to use specific borrowing functions, e.g. direct access by PC or book ordering in the reading room. Online catalogues can be used via the library's reading room computers or from any other location via web portals.

Media work without a physical carrier which was published in the internet or on other networks. Online publications include e-books, music files, digital audio books, digitised works and websites.
