Training in computer science experts in system integration

Computer science experts in system integration plan, design and configure information technology systems. As service providers for various departments in the Library, their work is project-based and involves the development of new systems that meet the Library’s demands and the operation and administration of these. Part of the work involves systematically identifying and troubleshooting errors using the latest expert and diagnostic tools. They advise users on the choice and use of equipment and solve application and system problems. They also draft system documentation and run courses.
